Club overview
Thespa Gunma is a professional football club whose home town is Gunma Prefecture. Born from players who gathered in the Kusatsu hot-spring town, it was long known as Thespakusatsu Gunma before adopting its current name as a club representing the whole prefecture. It plays home games mainly at an athletics stadium in Maebashi and draws support across a wide area of Gunma.
