Development philosophy
A hallmark is giving young players competitive chances early. Promoting talents to the first team and growing them in a professional setting led to a professional contract at 17. Spotting high-ceiling players from a deep urban talent pool is the club’s edge.
Notable graduates & pathway
The signature graduate is Koki Saito, a Yokohama FC youth product who signed professional terms at 17 before moving abroad (Belgium and beyond) — a model for reaching the first team, and the world, young. Pathways are tracked in SportsPulse’s youth records DB.
